In accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) coming from Amazon is protected with additional security measures.
PII from Amazon includes:
- Names
- Addresses
- Email Addresses
- Telephone Numbers
- Purchasing Statistics
- Tax Numbers
In order for us to abide by Amazon's data policies, all PII originating from Amazon is obfuscated & anonymised.
Anonymised placeholder content is used in the following parts of planufac:
- All Sales, Credits & Invoice Listings
- All Printable & Downloadable media including Pro-Formas, Invoices, Packing Lists & Credit Notes
- Customer & Order Export functions
- Invoices & Financial integrations with 3rd party services
For financial and tax purposes, sufficient information is stored in Amazon Seller Central to comply with local tax laws.
Planufac uses Amazon PII purely for the purpose of Direct-to-Consumer Delivery and is securely deleted from Planufac 7 (seven) days after shipment of an order.
